I was really impressed with Kardinia Property. I am a property owner and was not very happy with the service and charges we were getting from our current rental property management company, so…I shopped around! I met at the property with a few agents and Sara was one of them. The other agents didn’t seem too enthuse but one said they had a family on their books that they could put into it straight away at $480 per week rent. I thought this was a little under-priced, as I had been getting $500 a week for the property years before.
Sara could see the versatility of the property straight away and said that looking at other comparison properties in the Herne Hill area she could easily get $620, however she thought it was worth more. We decided to list it for $660 a week and within days we had three applications of which one was suitable. It was rented for $660 per week within 5 days!
