We are hiring

Business administration Role

We are looking for a positive, efficient person with a willingness to grow and learn with our business, to fill this casual/part time role. Initially the position will be between 10-15 hours per week. However, as the business grows over the next 12 month so will this vital role within our office. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, with experience in working with CRM software. The candidate must be able to work efficiently, and effectively within a team environment and be confident in completing tasks in an independent manner. Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry is preferred. This role would suit someone wanting a part time, flexible position within standard business hours who would then have additional time to commit to the role over the next 12 month period.

Tasks may included but are not limited to

  • Welcome clients/visitors to the office in a professional manner
  • Produce and print property flyers using online software and office printer
  • Compile property reports and input data via CRM
  • Prepare for Open Homes and/or property inspections
  • Ensure office files updated in a timely fashion
  • Assist in administrative support to managers and other staff where required
  • Lias with marketing manager to provide support in production of marketing materials
  • Contribute to office planning when required
  • General office duties as required

Excellent Hourly Rate. Casual/Part time role up to 10-15 hours hours per week. Flexible Hours to be taken over 2/3 days per week. Training & Support Provided.

Current drivers license required.

Experience in a real estate office preferred along with being an independent, proactive, reliable, results focused team player.
