As a team we have all recently finished reading Never Spilt the Difference by Chris Voss. For those of you with teenage children some of his negotiation techiques work a treat!

Ask your agent about their study in negotiation, what was the last book they read? What would they do in certain scenarios? What are some of their top negotiation principles that have worked from experience? Do not dismiss the importance of having a negotiation expert working for you. It can, after all, mean another 20,30 or $40,ooo in your pocket !
