As the year comes to a close I have had an opportunity to reflect on what I have learnt about Real Estate after opening Kardinia Property in April 2019. Although Kardinia Property’s Principal Jackson Wilson has been in real estate for over 25 years and is obviously has a wealth of knowledge in and around the industry, it has been all new to me. Many of my business skills have been highly transferable but learning all about a different industry has been a steep learning curve. I figure if it is new to me then it is probably new to many other people out there who are looking to buy, sell or simply learn a little more about the industry.
