Jackson Wilson started working in real estate over 30 years ago in the family business, Wilsons Real Estate Warrnambool. Since moving to Geelong in 2008 he continued to develop his expertise, knowledge and skills working as the Director in another family real estate business and now as Director of Kardinia Property.
Even after 20 plus years of experience, he is dedicated to continuously learning and improving in order to provide his clients with outstanding results. Jackson is highly regarded with in the industry and the community with others regularly commenting about his integrity. He is certainly one of the good guys in real estate and continues to practice real estate the way it should be.
Jackson has been awarded many real estate accolades over the years. To top it off he is simply a nice, normal bloke who although he takes real estate very seriously, always enjoys a bit of fun and a good laugh in life!

Sara Wilson

Fully licensed real estate agent and director Sara brings her extensive experience as a local female business owner to Kardinia Property. During her career Sara has spent many years working along people, the common thread being the drive to help others. She has an acute understanding from her own experience, that great relationships underpin a trusted and sought after business.
After launching Kardinia Property with husband Jackson in 2019, she has become a student of negotiation and best real estate practice. When you read the google reviews from her real estate clients the words care, safe and competency regularly appear. Sara certainly brings a level of compassion and understanding to her work which is rarely seen in the industry. Her goal is for staff and clients alike to be treated with respect and sincerity as part of the Kardinia Property family.
Sara is an award-winning businesswoman here in Geelong taking out Small Business of the year 3 consecutive years at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards where she is now a Hall of Fame recipient.
Yvette Timmins

Yvette’s years of business experience and combined love of not only property but people, makes her an asset to our sellers. Yvette understands for most clients one of the primary goals is to achieve the highest possible price and it is her main objective to do just that. Through her own personal experience, she also understands the rollercoaster of emotions that can come when putting your property on the market. Her north star is client care and hence combining this with her 5 star business acumen ensures that her clients are selling smart. Originally from Melbourne, Yvette has a passion for interiors, gardens and renovating and when she’s not doing any of these things or selling houses in Geelong you might find her out on her paddle board down at the waterfront.

Kristy Wynack

Kristy brings a wealth of experience in business administration and relationship management to our team. With over a decade of entrepreneurship in Geelong, overseeing her own successful small business, and a preceding 16-year tenure in Corporate Managerial positions, Kristy has honed her skills in fostering robust client relationships. Her approach is characterized by genuine, authentic conversations and an energetic, friendly demeanour.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Kristy is a dedicated parent to two children, a son and a daughter, and resides in the local community.
Philippa Cheyne
Property Manager
Philippa is a Licensed Estate Agent with a wealth of knowledge in property management. Over the years she has managed properties ranging from high end, high rise apartments in Melbourne to semi-rural and commercial investment properties.
Her extensive experience in the property management industry ensures she approaches situations with a mature and common-sense approach.
Some of the many reasons why Philippa has dedicated her working life to property management is that no two days are the same, every property is different and you get to meet so many great people.
She and her husband have recently relocated from Melbourne to Geelong to be closer to the coast and to take care of her horse, Tom.

Meet Matilda, affectionately known as (Tilly). Tilly is the youngest member of our team, graduating year 12 from The Geelong College in 2024.
Currently working casually at the Kardinia Property, Tilly supports our office staff, she is a quick learner and her attention to detail holds her in good stead. Tilly is the daughter of director Sara Wilson, and it is lovely to have a second generation within the team. Tilly is soon to be studying as part of the AFL Trainee Program in Melbourne during 2025 and we hope she will be able to continue to offer support to the team around her study.
