Jackson Wilson started working in real estate over 30 years ago in the family business, Wilsons Real Estate Warrnambool. Since moving to Geelong in 2008 he continued to develop his expertise, knowledge and skills working as the Director in another family real estate business and now as Director of Kardinia Property.
Even after 20 plus years of experience, he is dedicated to continuously learning and improving in order to provide his clients with outstanding results. Jackson is highly regarded with in the industry and the community with others regularly commenting about his integrity. He is certainly one of the good guys in real estate and continues to practice real estate the way it should be.
Jackson has been awarded many real estate accolades over the years. To top it off he is simply a nice, normal bloke who although he takes real estate very seriously, always enjoys a bit of fun and a good laugh in life!

Sara Wilson
Director/ Sales
Fully licensed real estate agent and director Sara brings her extensive experience as a local female business owner to Kardinia Property. During her career Sara has spent many years working along people, the common thread being the drive to help others. She has an acute understanding from her own experience, that great relationships underpin a trusted and sought after business.
After launching Kardinia Property with husband Jackson in 2019, she has become a student of negotiation and best real estate practice. When you read the google reviews from her real estate clients the words care, safe and competency regularly appear. Sara certainly brings a level of compassion and understanding to her work which is rarely seen in the industry. Her goal is for staff and clients alike to be treated with respect and sincerity as part of the Kardinia Property family.
Sara is an award-winning businesswoman here in Geelong taking out Small Business of the year 3 consecutive years at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards where she is now a Hall of Fame recipient.
Brian Vriends

A country South Australian boy at heart Brian’s family were farmers then ran a local store. In his twenties he had the good fortune to move across the country where he graduated from Sydney Drama School. A very colourful career working in the entertainment industry followed.
In 2001 he moved to Geelong with family, and it’s been home ever since. Brian’s sales career kicked off during this time and he worked in a number of local businesses including a stint in management. Not one to sit still he continued in work in the drama arena through teaching and directing.
Previously working alongside our Director Jackson Wilson in Real Estate becoming part of the Kardinia Property team is like coming home. The commitment to ethical sales practices along with putting his client’s needs first gloves in perfectly with Brians dedication to learning, this invariably leads to fantastic outcomes for his customers.
One beautiful daughter, one slightly mean cat and the worlds friendliest dog, Rocky, are all part of his family here in Geelong.
Sophie Mirkovic

You will most likely be greeted with Sophie’s friendly face and positive energy upon arrival at the Kardinia Property office. She comes to us with experience in retail in one of Geelongs most iconic surf stores, Speakies Surf and Skate. She has also developed her organisational and office skills at Ghanda head office. Growing up in Geelong Sophie understands the property landscape and
is aware of the many transferable skills she brings to the Kardinia Property office from her University Degree and past work experience. She is a delight to have around the Kardinia Property office.
Karissa Wu
Property Manager
Karissa brings a wealth of experience and has a great reputation as a trusted advisor in property management. She’s known for her attention to detail and her respectful and kind customer acumen. This genuine and thoughtful approach has earned her the respect and trust of her clients, helping them navigate investment property needs.

Kristy Wynack

Kristy brings a wealth of experience in business administration and relationship management to our team. With over a decade of entrepreneurship in Geelong, overseeing her own successful small business, and a preceding 16-year tenure in Corporate Managerial positions, Kristy has honed her skills in fostering robust client relationships. Her approach is characterized by genuine, authentic conversations and an energetic, friendly demeanour.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Kristy is a dedicated parent to two children, a son and a daughter, and resides in the local community.
Alana Lee
Sales Secretary
If there was an Olympic event for administration support Alana would win gold every time! Coming from a real estate background Alana brings to the team a wealth of knowledge around what makes for a smooth sale or rental process. Attention to detail, empathy for clients and her uncanny ability to read her colleagues mind (!) makes her an integral part of the Kardinia Property team. Alana has two young boys and always looks forward to work so she can balance out her busy home life.
