With coming up to 30 years in the real estate industry Kardinia Property principle Jackson Wilson understands that the stakes of dealing with Real Estate are huge (both financial and emotional) on both sides. Jackson has learnt that big egos are best left behind and that common sense, courtesy and a focus on ethics are rare yet sought after commodities by both seller and buyer.

Jackson Wilson

Director/Sales Manager

Jackson Wilson started working in real estate over 30 years ago in the family business, Wilsons Real Estate Warrnambool. Since moving to Geelong in 2008 he continued to develop his expertise, knowledge and skills working as the Director in another family real estate business and now as Director of Kardinia Property.

Even after 20 plus years of experience, he is dedicated to continuously learning and improving in order to provide his clients with outstanding results. Jackson is highly regarded with in the industry and the community with others regularly commenting about his integrity. He is certainly one of the good guys in real estate and continues to practice real estate the way it should be.

Jackson has been awarded many real estate accolades over the years. To top it off he is simply a nice, normal bloke who although he takes real estate very seriously, always enjoys a bit of fun and a good laugh in life!

Sara Wilson

Director/ Sales

Fully licensed real estate agent and director Sara brings her extensive experience as a local female business owner to Kardinia Property. During her career Sara has spent many years working along people, the common thread being the drive to help others. She has an acute understanding from her own experience, that great relationships underpin a trusted and sought after business.

After launching Kardinia Property with husband Jackson in 2019, she has become a student of negotiation and best real estate practice. When you read the google reviews from her real estate clients the words care, safe and competency regularly appear. Sara certainly brings a level of compassion and understanding to her work which is rarely seen in the industry. Her goal is for staff and clients alike to be treated with respect and sincerity as part of the Kardinia Property family.

Sara is an award-winning businesswoman here in Geelong taking out Small Business of the year 3 consecutive years at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards where she is now a Hall of Fame recipient.

Mandy Knee

Property Manager

Mandy brings a calm, capable presence to the fast-paced world of property management. With a background in residential real estate, commercial law, and land development, she offers clients a rare depth of insight—balancing legal know-how with a genuine understanding of people and property.

Her experience as a small business owner has shaped her proactive, solutions-focused approach which Landlords appreciate. Mandy is known for her positivity, clear communication, and ability to navigate challenges with grace.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys time with her beloved Hungarian Vizsla, Snoop—whose loyalty and energy mirror her own.

Kristy Wynack

Office Co-ordinator

Kristy brings a wealth of experience in business administration and relationship management to our team. With over a decade of entrepreneurship in Geelong, overseeing her own successful small business, and a preceding 16-year tenure in Corporate Managerial positions, Kristy has honed her skills in fostering robust client relationships. Her approach is characterized by genuine, authentic conversations and an energetic, friendly demeanor.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Kristy is a dedicated parent to two children, a son and a daughter, and resides in the local community.

Gina Mamuzic

Sales Associate

Gina brings a friendly, people-first approach to real estate. Having grown up in Geelong, she understands the local community and lifestyle that make the region so desirable. After travelling, Gina began her real estate career in Sydney as a receptionist and leasing agent, gaining valuable experience in client service and the fast-paced property industry.

With a strong background in hospitality, Gina is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to make clients feel comfortable and supported. She builds genuine relationships and takes pride in guiding people through their property journey with care. Gina also speaks Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian, allowing her to connect with a broader range of clients.
