For starters we are offering a genuine starting salary package of between $75000-$96,000 – well in excess of the industry standard with additional commissions based on performance. Regardless of market conditions, our unique start up strategy will have you successfully listing and selling houses within your first three months.

The harder and smarter you work, the more you will earn. Within 18 months of starting all our team members earn an income in excess of $150,000. Many well into the $200,000 plus range.

We are looking for an achievement-orientated person who wants to make a difference.

There is now an opportunity to join our Newtown based, boutique Property Management team.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy and be responsible to our valued clients to carry out and oversee all aspects of property management.

Demonstrated achievement in property management.
Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willing to undertake

Kardinia Property currently has a small number of residential rental properties which you will take full responsibility for. As the portfolio grows you will be able to, with the support of management, hire additional team members.

A minimum of 2 years industry experience is preferred but not essential.
