The harder and smarter you work, the more you will earn. Within 18 months of starting all our team members earn an income in excess of $150,000. Many well into the $200,000 plus range.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/MANAGER ROLE

Office Co-Ordinator / Manager – Full Time
Location: Kardinia Property, Victoria

About the Role
Kardinia Property is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Co-Ordinator/Manager to join our team full-time. This is a pivotal position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, with a key focus on managing the sales administration process. You will also play a broader role across various business functions (outlined below), contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our office.

This newly created position offers flexibility depending on the successful applicant’s experience, skills, and training needs. If you don’t meet every requirement but bring a strong majority—and a desire to grow and learn—we strongly encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: End-to-end support of the property sales process, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Marketing: Collaborating with the team to plan, create, and coordinate marketing materials
  • Accounting: Daily/monthly receipting and reconciliation of accounts
  • Office Management: General duties to support day-to-day operations
  • Database Management: Oversight and maintenance of our internal systems
  • Executive Support: Direct support to the Director of Sales

Additional Areas of Expertise (Desirable but Not Essential)

  • Payroll processing, including superannuation and tax obligations
  • Training and onboarding of new staff
  • General bookkeeping
  • Oversight of business compliance and regulatory requirements

About You
You bring at least 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative role and ideally have some exposure to the property sector. You’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong eye for detail. You’re a natural communicator and team player who enjoys variety in your workday.

Key Attributes and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administration or office management role (property industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support all areas of the business
