ABOUT THE ROLE

We offer an attractive salary package plus commissions. In addition to the financial rewards, you will be a part of the most ethical, respected, and successful Real Estate program in the country.

The $70,000 or $96,000 Salary Package does not need to be paid back (like in other sales positions). There are quarterly bonuses awarded. The harder you work the more your bonus will be. You are in control.

What we are looking for is someone with a burning desire to succeed. Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential. Most importantly, you must be honest, hardworking, mature minded, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results and meeting set targets.

OFFICE SUPER STAR

We are looking for an all-round office superstar to join the team!

No day will be the same working in our Pakington Street Office, and you will be close to some of the best cafes Newtown has to offer for your coffee breaks!

This role would someone wanting to come on board and learn the ins and out of how a real estate office works. You will have access to sales training and over time given the right attitude and work ethic there is certainly opportunities to transition into a sales role should you wish.

It would be fantastic if you already had your real estate certificate, or you were currently in the process of completing it BUT if you haven’t started yet we encourage you to still apply and we can discuss how we might be able to support you with study time to achieve through this requirement.

This is a full-time role however we would be happy to consider a part time variation of the role for the right candidate.

DAILY TASKS

  • Supporting the sales team and directors in their day-to-day commitments
  • General office support (answering phones, filing, responding to general office enquires and communication etc)
  • Open and close the office daily
  • Support in management of a small property management portfolio (opportunity to progress into property management roles and responsibilities as you gain experience)
  • Support in development and organization of flyers for delivery by our team of walkers
  • Learn and apply all processes in our CRM and keep it up to date
  • Ensure all office files are compliant with consumer affairs guidelines
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly planning meetings
  • Partake in training and keep up to date with industry best practice
  • Keep an up to date ‘Process Document’ relevant to your role
  • Prepare & distribute settlement gift packs for vendors and buyers
  • Efficiently attend to any other administrative tasks to support the operation of the office
  • Ensure office environment is neat and tidy
  • Order any office supplies as required
  • Prepare and deliver pre-pamp materials
  • Support office social media channels
  • Distribution of weekly property reports to vendors
  • Assist and salespeople to obtain reviews and feedback
  • Additional office duties as they arise
