Are you a high performer and ever thought to yourself “I’d be good in real estate”, yet worried about how you might cope with working ‘commission only’, or perhaps feared how others may perceive you?

We have on offer a Real Estate Career with a real difference. A career to be proud of.

You will receive ethical and effective in-house training through “Smartre Real Estate Training”, a base salary package between $77,200 and $104,800 plus generous commissions, that should see an annual income of in the vicinity of $150,000-$200,000+. It is necessary that you have your Agents Representative Certificate or have enrolled, however it is not necessary to have previously worked in Real Estate Sales.

On top of this, we are a small independent family run business that provides a genuine team environment, ensuring your enjoyment and success. The more you succeed, the more our clients benefit, giving wonderful job satisfaction. A Real estate sales career with Kardinia Property allows you to be rewarded for effort and for you to control your own income based on work and results, it’s a bit like owning your own business without the risk.
