LEAD PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join the Kardinia Property family.

The candidate will uphold our reputation and brand by always putting our clients’ needs first. The candidate will also need to be able to have the ability to generate new business leads, present to potential landlords and close new business.

Kardinia Property currently has a small residential rent role which you will take full responsibility for. As the portfolio grows you will be able to, with the support of management, hire additional members of the team to support you.

The role will be 15-20 hours a week initially to be worked over 4-5 days. There may a small number of inspections that may occur on a Saturday, but you will be able to set the times to suit.  As the portfolio grows your hours will increase but we are flexible in what and when this looks like.

A minimal of 2 years’ industry experience is preferred.

PAMPHLET DISTRIBUTOR

Kardinia Property is looking for a Pamphlet Distributor to join our growing team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have plenty of energy and enthusiasm, be reliable, responsible, and highly organized.  Excellent presentation and attention to detail would also be an advantage.

This is a casual (but regular) position and is suitable for someone with a flexible schedule, a can-do attitude who is able to complete deliveries within specified time frames. Between 5-15 hours per week. Own transport required.
